I agree.. The game was much better back in the day. Only good thing I can think of that came with the other campaigns was heroes.

So i'm not the only one that believes this?

I agree 100% that HM changed GW since it ruined it so much, and also so did that PVE only elite skill that we're not allowed to QQ about anymore because Anet thinks its good for the game.

Aren't the same people making GW2?

Well yeah, they are. However, hopefully they might correct some mistakes they made. They started GW2 because they realized that their campaign scheme was full of fail. Hopefully they'll not make any sort of Hard mode.

Legendary Mode.

Where everything deals x50 damage, has x50 health, and Protective Spirit/Shelter are disabled.

Mission icons bear the skull of an Elite.

Ah, the day GW was wrecked. The day of the great loot nerf lie. The day fun in GW died and the grind became king.

I hope the designers at ANet hang their head in shame at how they ruined such a glorious game and turned it into the POS we have now.

I hope GW2 is like Prophecies, and they don't break it. Because breaking a game twice is no fun.

I hate Factions, half the players don't own Prophecies (DAMN THEM!) or are stupid 9 year old Naruto wannabes.

I think the day that changed GW is the day they introduced Heroes. For better or for worse it changed GW into a single player game (for me).

Screw you haters, I love hard mode. It makes the game feel new again. When I go into something in HM, I know it's going to be a challenge (yes, even with an SY paragon or a sabway trio). HM brought back that newbie thrill of triumphing over adversity that hooked me so hard on this game to begin with.
